Loved watching and video taping your track! Your handling is awesome! Love the article ID (that's my dream one day!!!). The only suggestion I have is don't be afraid to back up, esp. on turns. I found MYSELF backing up while I was video taping on the first turn!!!
Loved the patience on your part at the start! Keep this post in mind, Betty, for re-watching his and your behaviors with blind turns - there is so much great information there! Boy was his brain and nose working! Nice job!
North Park Library Seren only today. She had an article in the woods track, 3 hours old. All articles except start (which wasn’t in the woods) had food in them & had food 10-20 steps after. She tracked quite well, I thought. Needed reminder lie down at a couple of the articles (at least as quickly as I would like), so I don’t plan to leave the food out any of them just yet. Did not seem averse to lying down in the woods, tho. https://youtu.be/CZjVFmqwbxs?feature=shared
Judi’s woods & hayfield Seren had a 3 turn track entirely in the woods. Five articles + start & end, all with food in them. I was very happy with this track. The combination of food in articles & random lie downs in the woods seems to be working as she downed for every article on her own. We’ll see how it goes when I start to decrease the number of articles with food in them video: https://youtu.be/dAPfu-as8Rk?feature=shared Dylan did a 3 turn tracks in the hayfield, utilizing the bowl area. He needed a verbal cue for start article, but other 2 were automatic. Very nice start & turns. https://youtu.be/DX8JJ- WdqDc?feature=shared
Nice! Great instruction too!
