Holly Ridge. This was a fence obstacle exercise, track laid by Judi. I lost original map, the one posted here is drawn from memory & may have minor errors. Video recorded in fast forward mode, don’t know how to fix it🤷‍♂️

But Seren did a great job. Knew 2nd leg went thru fence, took her a few seconds to decide she could do that & then she did. Wasn’t crazy about downing for a couple of the articles, but did when cued. Had a tendency to drift down tire tracks, but came back to track for article.  Turns were very nice. Worked mostly on a 20’ line.

Dylan did a fresh, 2 turn track laid by Judi. Same scuff/walk pattern as last few sessions. Tracked enthusiastically & accurately, but needed some help with his article indication at the end

  1. wow, fast forward really cuts down on my viewing time!! glad you have the fence work experience and it looked like the horse came up pretty close and she continued to work. that's a hard one!

    1. Yeah, she shied off to the left when the horse came up to the fence, but kept going parallel to the track. I decided that was sensible so didn’t do anything but follow behind her & she got back on the track when horse lost interest. I don’t know how that fast forward thing happened, but it made for some crazy viewing! I was happy to get the fence work in. Judi suggested I practice rolling under the fence, but I’m holding out for better weather on that

  2. Not sure how it got into fast forward mode...hope it wasn't something I did! By the way, if you want to see it somewhat slower, then click on the settings icon in YouTube, then click Playback speed, then click which speed you want...go for the slowest (it's still pretty fast).
